The Catalytic Leader

How do you know you’re primarily a Catalytic Leader, as part of the Leadership Trifecta? Catalysts excel at being inspirational, leading others to buy into the mission and vision.

My dad fully encompasses the traits of a Catalytic Leader. If you’ve ever heard him tell the story of how OneHope began, you understand. I’ve heard my dad retell the tale countless times, and he captivates the audience each time. He inspirationally invites people to be a part of something bigger than themselves. You can’t help but be moved by his passion for the cause he cares deeply about.

If a Catalytic leader represented a part of the larger body, they would symbolize the heart since they are able to communicate a need in a compelling way, and many heartstrings are pulled by what they have to share. The Bible shares how the Church is made up of people who are like different parts of a body, and each is important. The Leadership Trifecta must also function as one body working together for a common goal.

Catalytic Leaders expertly share the vision. Is that the primary function for you on your team?
