We accelerate learning The future is uncharted territory, but we can be preparing ourselves today for what is to come. Encourage learning across your entire team. Everyone can improve in some capacity in their current role or learn about processes or products that are emerging or could be implemented. I personally have a running list of books that I’m either reading or about to start.
Enrichment trainings are regularly incorporated at OneHope so entire teams can have a shared learning experience. Also, organizationally, we’re partnering with institutions of higher education to offer degree programs for emerging leaders to learn about effective ministry design.
