Rob Hoskins is one of the most respected global development leaders in the world today.
Rob has spent his life serving his fellow NPO/NGO leaders, cultivating future leaders, developing intentional mentorship exchanges, and constructing safeguarding accountability procedures for those in leadership positions.
Rob is gifted at developing sustainable local & global transformation initiatives and creating measurable entrepreneurial endeavors from scratch or modernizing existing enterprises. He has humbly served major institutions, individuals, and corporations by helping them rehab, restore, and revitalize their mission and vision, scale for growth or led them through smooth and successful leadership transitions.
Born to missionary parents Bob and Hazel Hoskins, Rob was born in Bangor, Maine and has lived in Lebanon, France, California and Florida.
Since 2004, Rob has been President of OneHope, Inc. which has helped reach more than 1.9 billion children with a life-changing message of hope. Rob is a gifted missions futurist, innovative ministry strategist, relentless visionary, and global connector who has served with numerous networks in various leadership capacities including the Forum of Bible Agencies International (FOBAI), Chair of the Strategy Working Group with the Lausanne Movement, and Chair of the Board at Oral Roberts University (ORU). Rob presently serves as the Senior Advisor to the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA). Hoskins is an ordained general-appointed missionary of the Assemblies of God Church.
Rob and his wife, Kim, reside near OneHope’s global headquarters in Pompano Beach, Florida. They have two married daughters, Diandra and Natasha. Their grandchildren, Zoey Marie and Jude Dean, bring them great joy.
Rob holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Vanguard University, a MA of Theology from Evangelical Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Divinity for Distinguished Service in Spiritual Leadership from ORU and a Doctor of Ministry in World Missions and Cross-Cultural Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
